If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, contact Adornbyonee as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and clear photographs so the issue can be reviewed.

Because some items are handmade, minor variations in colour, texture or finish may occur and are not automatically considered defects.

Eligibility for a return, replacement or refund depends on the item condition, reason for return, applicable consumer law and any product-specific conditions communicated at purchase. Items should be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging where a return is approved.

Approved refunds are returned through the appropriate payment method where practicable. Original or return shipping charges may be non-refundable except where required by law or where the item supplied was incorrect, damaged or defective.
